As we approach the end of the year, many of us reflect on gratitude, family, and the comfort of home. At Illinois Valley Living Solutions (IVLS), we are thinking of neighbors in our community who are working hard to rebuild their lives—often after experiencing homelessness, health challenges, or crisis.
This season, IVLS is launching a Participant Sponsorship Program to support individuals staying at I.V. HOPE Village as they take meaningful steps toward long-term stability.
Why This Matters Now
Recently, the State of Oregon changed its funding policies related to transitional housing. As a result, we are increasingly concerned about how to sustain operations at I.V. HOPE Village in the future.
Our primary goal has always remained the same:
to help unhoused individuals move into safe, stable, permanent housing.
Community support is now more important than ever to ensure that I.V. HOPE Village can continue serving those who need it most.
What Your Sponsorship Supports
Every sponsorship helps provide a clear, supported pathway forward. Your contribution directly helps with:
- Safe, stable shelter and daily support
- Individualized case management and goal planning
- Transportation to medical, behavioral health, and essential appointments
- Assistance with employment, benefits navigation, and housing placement
Each gift strengthens the foundation that allows participants to move from crisis toward independence.
Year-End Giving Options
To help donors see the impact of their support, we’ve outlined several suggested giving levels:
- $75 – Transportation and basic supplies
- $150 – Case management support
- $300 – Sponsor one participant for one month
- $600 – Two months of stability and support
- $2,000 – Tiny home sponsor, including a name plaque outside the unit
Every gift—at any level—helps ensure that someone in our community does not face winter alone.
